Corporate governance and best practices 企業管治和最佳實踐 :

Advise on the best practices of corporate governance and formulation of corporate governance policies.

Corporate compliance 企業守則:

Assist in establishing entities in Hong Kong and overseas.

Assist in handling annual and ad hoc compliance matters, e.g. annual returns and annual general meetings under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.

Assist in the implementation of corporate actions to ensure they are executed in accordance with the company’s constitutional documents as well as the local rules and regulations.

Provide corporate and secretarial support during mergers and takeovers.

Provide support in connection with the holding of board meetings, shareholders’ meetings and board committee meetings of both private and listed companies.

Provide regular trainings to directors in relation to Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, Hong Kong Listing Rules and Securities and Futures Ordinance.
